  This American half-couch casket is finished in a rich cherry mahogany gloss, the kind of warm reddish-brown that has defined traditional North American funeral services for decades. The split dome lid keeps the upper half open for viewing while the lower half stays covered, dressed in a matching wood panel.   Every batch of timber that arrives at our workshop is first sorted by hand to remove any low-grade boards, then run through our temperature-controlled drying kiln until the moisture level sits within a narrow, export-safe range. Keeping the moisture steady is what stops the finished caskets from twisting, splitting or shrinking once they are on their way to overseas customers.

  The timber is also processed to resist damp, insects and rot - meaning the quality of every coffin is protected right from the raw board stage, not just improved at the paint booth.

  We work with a broad portfolio of wood types and panel products - paulownia, poplar, cedar, pine, oak and MDF among them. This lets the same factory serve very different markets: lightweight Japanese cremation coffins on one side, solid European caskets on the other.
