When it comes to life and death, people are always used to dividing them into two opposing extremes: life is the fresh and warm morning light, blooming flowers on branches, and hope held tightly in palms; while death is the cold and silent night, withered leaves falling from branches, and an unavoidable end we flee from. This instinctive fear makes us often obsessed with extending the length of life, but ignore exploring the depth of life, and we are always unwilling to face up to the fact that death is an indispensable part of life. They are never separated enemies, but companions that coexist and depend on each other in the cycle of nature.

The preciousness of life lies not in eternity, but in its finiteness and vitality. Life is a one-way journey. Starting from the cry of birth, we touch the warmth and coldness of the world with curiosity and enthusiasm, feel the warmth of family affection, the sincerity of friendship, and the beauty of love, experience laughter and tears, smoothness and frustrations, grow in every experience, and enrich ourselves in every perception. A wild weed will strive to break through the soil, a small flower will bloom bravely towards the sun, and a flying bird will persist in spreading its wings and soar. All lives in the world try their best to shine their own light in limited time, which is the most original meaning of life - not to merely exist, but to grow warmly, feel attentively, and leave a unique mark of our own. We don't have to struggle with when life will end, just cherish every moment of the present, love earnestly, live seriously, and fill the limited life with warmth and value.

Death is not terrible. It is not the destruction of life, but the cycle and destination of nature. Birth, aging, sickness and death are the fairest laws in the world, no one can be an exception regardless of wealth or status. We always think that death is loss, parting and the end of everything, but from another perspective, death is just the transformation of life forms: fallen leaves turn into spring mud to nourish new trees, running water merges into rivers and seas to return to vastness, and lost lives never really disappear. Those we loved, the warmth we left, and the kindness we passed on will always stay in the world, become the light in the memory of later generations, and integrate into the cycle of nature. Death teaches us to cherish, makes us understand the fragility and preciousness of life, makes us let go of obsessions and disputes, know how to respect life, treat others and ourselves kindly. It is not a dark end, but a reminder that we should live as we want in the time we have life.

The cycle of life and death is an eternal law of the universe, and also the gentlest truth of life. We don't need to fear the coming of death, nor waste the time of life. Life gives us the right to feel the world, and death gives us the calm to settle the past. They complement each other, making every life meaningful and every farewell significant. May we all treat life with awe, embrace life with enthusiasm, and face parting and end with a calm and peaceful mind, understand that we should live brilliantly to the fullest when alive, and accept the arrangement of nature peacefully when passing away, and live the most authentic and warm self in the cycle of life and death.
